1. How do I Set the Time?

CTX/CIX 28, 40, 100, 672
TO SET THE TIME ON YOUR PHONE SYSTEM

A. From any extension -
B. Keep Handset in the cradle (on-hook)
C. Press the intercom/extension key and dial #652
D. Enter time in military 24 hour format (example: 2 P.M. is 140000 HHMMSS)
Do not forget to enter the Seconds after the Hours and Minutes!
E. Then press # and then Speaker.

TO SET THE DATE

A. From any extension -
B. Keep Handset in the cradle (on-hook)
C. Press the intercom/extension key and dial #651
D. Enter Year, Month, & Day format (YYMMDD) using keypad
E. Then press # and then Speaker.

Perfect Voice TIS16

To set the time on your Perfect Voice TIS16 voice mail system you must first login to the Administrator's mailbox.   You will then be prompted with the System Administrator Menu:

For the current Date and Time, press 1.

To change the System Time press 2.
- Press 2. Enter the time in 24 hour format: HOUR, MINUTE, (HHMM). Then Press 0. You will be returned to the System Greeting.

Perfect Voice Professional

You can set the time on the voice mail system by going to the voice mail PC and typing in the word "time" at any DOS prompt.  The current time will be displayed and you will be prompted to enter in new time if you want. Make sure you enter the correct time with the same format.  Enter the time and press "Enter".  To Check Time:  Type "time" again and check that change has taken place, then press Enter.    For no change just press "Enter" again.

Samsung Telephone Systems


1. Keep handset on-hook (Do not pick up)
2. Press TRSF button and then dial 800
3. Dial the four digit Password (Ask your telephone vendor for code)
4. Dial 1 to enable programming
5. Press TRSF - Returns phone back to normal condition
6. Now Press TRSF again to enter programming
7. Dial Programming Code - (Speed Dial is 705 - Set time and Date is 505)
a. 505 is to Set the Time and Date(W=0 is Sunday to 6 for
Saturday,WMMDDYY:HHMM)
b. 104 is to Program Station Names
c. 705 is to Program System Speed Dial Numbers
d. 706 is to Program System Speed Dial Names

2. How do I cancel the message light on my phone?

Press the Intercom key on the phone and dial "#409"

3. How do I reset the power on the telephone system?

If you have the Toshiba CIX670 system you will first need to remove the cabinet cover by pushing it slightly to the left and then pulling forward. Below is a diagram of the cabinet with the cover removed.

If you have multiple cabinets you will need to make sure you turn off the power on the main cabinet only. Look for the two cards on the far left. If there is a ribbon cable connecting them together then it is the main cabinet.
Turn off the power and wait 60 seconds before turning it back on.

The CIX/CTX 100 has the power switch located on the front of the cabinet as indicated in the diagram below.

4. How do I program Speed Dial numbers on the CIX System?

Storing a System/Station Speed Dial Number:
1. Dial
#66. The display shows “SPEED DIAL” and you hear Entry Tone.

2. Dial the Station Speed Dial number (100~199) or System Speed Dial number
(200~999). The LCD shows your digits and you hear Entry Tone.

3. Dial the telephone number to be stored +
#. Include any required access and area
codes. The LCD shows “SPEED DIAL” + the Speed Dial Number + destination + #. You will hear success tone.

4. Release the telephone. To enter another number, repeat the process, starting with step #1

Example: To store a Station Speed Dial number on Index 100, dial
#66 + 100 + 915622830337 + #

5. How do I program a name on the LCD for the CIX system?

This is FOR CIX/CTX Systems only. Station 200 is generally allowed system Administration functions.
