IPitomy Desktop Call Manager (DCM)

IPitomy Desktop Call Manager gives IPitomy users powerful desktop control of their business communications environment.  With DCM you can see at a glance who is on the phone or away from their desk.  Integrated presence management allows users to be more productive.  The Integrated chat feature allows another channel of communications with co-workers while they are on a call.

Confiurable for:

Standard Users/Agent - View the status any number of extensions and user presence status.  Text Chat with other users.  Complete call control of telephone from desktop.  Retrieve calls that are leaving a voice mail message.

Manager/Operator - All standard User features plus call control that extends to other users.  Listen and/or Whisper to other users while they are on a call for quality control and coaching functions.  With the Whisper feature, the manager can offer advice to the agent without the other party hearing the coaching advice.  Record individual calls as required if for training and quality purposes.


IPitomy Outlook Dialer

The IPitomy Outlook Dialer automatically detects contacts and telephone numbers in outlook. It displays a toolbar in Outlook to give quick access to its functions and allows you to place phone calls to any contact or number in outlook.


Smart Personal Console (SPC)

SPC allows users to control options such as call forwarding, find me follow me, view call history, and voice mail from a web based application. This enhancement provides users with more control over their individual extension and mailbox, maximizing the use of your telephone system.  SPC allows users to modify the button mapping on their phones, change greetings and set their schedule.


Follow Me

IPitomy Find Me feature allows callers to be called at the number they are at no matter where they are.  Use Find me to locate you at any number of phone numbers or extensions.  Numbers can be called simultaneously as a group[ or individually one at a time until answered.  This is great for mobile employees and groups such as technicians on call and employees in the field who need to respond ro real time dispatch calls.
Find Me can be used with or without call screening so you know who is calling before answering.
